About the internship

Stirring Minds is hiring a creative Video Editor intern to join its in-office team in Delhi. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys shaping visual stories, experimenting with motion design, and using modern AI tools to enhance video production. You will get practical exposure to end-to-end video work while contributing to projects for a startup-focused ecosystem.

What you will do

• Work with the creative team to develop engaging video ideas and translate them into finished content.
• Add motion graphics and visual effects to make videos more dynamic and polished.
• Cut, arrange, and refine raw footage into professional-quality edits.
• Use AI-based video and image generation tools to support and improve content creation.
• Keep track of current trends, formats, and tools in video editing to strengthen your output.
• Coordinate with the marketing team so that videos stay consistent with brand tone and messaging.
• Support work involving Gemini and Claude platforms to help improve video reach and performance.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to start the internship between 29 Jun 2026 and 03 Aug 2026, and can commit to a 6-month internship. Applicants should bring relevant skills and a genuine interest in video editing and motion graphics. Freshers who are looking for jobs may also apply.

Stipend and compensation

The stipend is INR 9,000 to 15,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,00,000.
