This internship involves generating a continuous stream of engaging short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram and YouTube, including hooks, reels, shorts, edits, and trend-inspired pieces. The role demands meticulous editing skills, focusing on pacing, motion, sound design, and detailed finishing touches that distinguish high-quality work from AI-generated content. Interns will master various AI creative tools, understanding their specific strengths to select the optimal one for each task. The position requires taking full ownership of projects from ideation through storyboarding, generation, final editing, and publication, working independently and efficiently. Additionally, candidates will analyze top-performing content globally to uphold high standards across channels.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship schedule.
- Should be available to commence between August 8, 2026, and September 12, 2026.
- Internship duration is six months.

Tools & Technologies
- Video generation platforms: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Luma, Hailuo, Pika; hubs such as fal, Krea, and Higgsfield.
- AI user-generated content and actors tools: Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Captions.
- Image enhancement tools: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, with upscaling software like Topaz and Magnific.
- Voice and audio technologies: ElevenLabs, Fish Audio, Suno.
- Editing and post-production software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, HexCoded.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹80,000. Successful interns may receive a job offer upon completion with an expected salary between ₹500,000 and ₹1,500,000 annually upon conversion to a full-time employee.
