The organization is an online astrology consultation platform that connects users with astrologers over call or chat. Customers may seek guidance on a wide range of personal topics, including relationships, marriage, career, and health.
What you will do
- Serve as the main contact for customers across phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is handled in a professional, timely, and customer-first manner.
- Work with internal teams to understand customer issues, coordinate resolutions, and make sure questions are answered clearly and correctly.
- Track customer requests from the moment they are raised until they are fully resolved, follow up regularly, and provide helpful guidance based on customer needs.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join as a full-time, in-office intern, are able to begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, can commit to a 3-month internship, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 15,000 to 18,000.
Additional details
