Internship Role and Responsibilities
The intern selected for the role of Infrastructure & Site Supervisor will engage in managing on-site operations and vendor coordination. Key tasks include:
- Locating and liaising with local suppliers and contractors.
- Gathering quotations and assisting in evaluating vendors.
- Overseeing civil, electrical, painting, flooring, carpentry, and interior work progress at project locations.
- Tracking daily site advancement to ensure scheduled timelines are met.
- Coordinating procurement of materials and their timely delivery with vendors.
- Conducting periodic site inspections and compiling progress documentation supported by photographs.
- Maintaining quality standards and collaborating to resolve any on-site challenges with the project team.
- Documenting project details and consistently updating work status records.
- Acting as a liaison among clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- The internship start date should be between August 6, 2026, and September 10, 2026.
- Commitment to a three-month internship period is required.
- Relevant skills and interests aligned with the role are necessary.
- Preference given to Civil Engineering students.
Additional Details
- Stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 10,000 monthly.
- Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
