About the Internship
Join SteepGraph Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources intern and assist in supporting smooth HR operations and administrative processes to drive organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners and various internal teams to enhance HR initiatives and documentation. Your role will include aiding the HR Centre of Excellence in learning and development, training management, and report preparation, along with maintaining HR compliance and reports.
Participate in strategic HR projects, facilitate recruitment efforts from sourcing to candidate communication, and help foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support HR Business Partner initiatives and work closely with multiple business teams.
- Help improve HR processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Contribute to HR Centre of Excellence activities, including learning, training coordination, and reporting.
- Maintain HR reports and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate HR-related assignments and projects with internal stakeholders.
- Engage in strategic initiatives to boost organizational effectiveness.
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication with candidates.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Pune.
- Availability to start between August 5, 2026, and September 9, 2026.
- Commitment to a 5-month internship duration.

Stipend & Other Benefits
- Initial stipend for the first month: ₹2,000.
- From the second month onwards: fixed stipend ranging between ₹8,000 and ₹10,000 per month.
- High-performing interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer based on performance.

Additional Information
- Successful conversion to permanent employment may result in a salary ranging from ₹400,000 to ₹700,000 per year.
