About the Internship

Raaslila Ventures is looking for proactive and motivated interns to join the Founder's office team. This internship offers a unique chance to work in close cooperation with the founders and actively contribute to the company's expansion and achievements. Raaslila Ventures specializes in introducing new-age functional beverages tailored for the youthful Indian market, currently featuring four flavors of an energy drink made specifically for India. Plans include launching low-calorie alternatives and hydration products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities to develop insightful reports.
• Collaborate with team members to support and implement special projects and initiatives.
• Participate actively in meetings by taking thorough notes and ensuring the follow-up on action points.
• Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to align with the founder's vision and company objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi.
• Availability to begin between 16th July 2026 and 20th August 2026 with a commitment to the full 6 months duration.
• Possess relevant skills and interests related to project management, business research, digital marketing, and financial modeling.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 40,000.
• Certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
