Internship Overview

Join Gaurav Gada & Associates, a reputable chartered accountancy firm focused on accounting, GST, income tax, audits, and finance, for a 12-month full-time internship based in Thane with locations also available in Mumbai, Virar, Vashi, Nala Sopara, Goregaon Kh, Bandra, and Panvel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and submission of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Handle preparation and filing of income tax returns.
• Calculate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), manage return filing, and reconcile TDS entries.
• Perform bookkeeping duties and record accounting transactions using Tally or ERP software.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and scrutinize ledgers.
• Contribute to statutory and internal audit activities.
• Prepare financial statements like balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
• Reconcile GST 2B details with accounting records.
• Draft replies to income tax and GST notices.
• Maintain and organize compliance-related documentation.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for full-time, in-office engagement during the internship period.
• Internship start window between July 15, 2026 and August 19, 2026.
• Commitment to a 12-month duration is mandatory.
• Applicants should reside in or near Thane, Mumbai, Virar, Vashi, Nala Sopara, Goregaon Kh, Bandra, or Panvel.
• Relevant skills and interests in accounting and taxation are required.
