Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zoho One Specialist to join our team in the Riyadh Region working onsite. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of practical experience with Zoho One or equivalent SaaS platforms, backed by relevant certifications, to help drive business software solutions and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, integrate, and tailor Zoho One applications to meet the organization’s operational needs by designing custom workflows and automations to boost efficiency.
  • Review existing business processes to find improvement areas, and implement Zoho One tools to streamline activities while utilizing data analytics for ongoing enhancement.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to capture operational challenges and translate them into effective Zoho One-based strategies.
  • Create and deliver training programs for staff to ensure proficient use of Zoho One applications, along with providing continuous support and troubleshooting to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Track system performance and user engagement metrics, analyze KPIs to optimize deployment strategies and maximize return on investment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Four to five years’ experience in business systems implementation, ideally with a focus on Zoho One or comparable SaaS platforms.
  • Valid Zoho One certification or an equivalent IT/SaaS-related certification.
  • Proven expertise in system integration, workflow customization, and digital process improvement.
  • Strong analytical aptitude to leverage data for process enhancement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business management software platforms.
  • Insight into digital transformation methodologies and process re-engineering approaches.
  • Hands-on experience delivering user training and technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards business systems optimization.
