Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and seasoned coaches to conduct online group sessions for children and adolescents. As a coach in this program, you'll guide fun and interactive virtual sessions aimed at fostering social, emotional, and educational growth for children aged 4 to 16.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate vibrant and supportive online group sessions for youth between 4 to 16 years old
• Conduct educational games and activities to promote social and emotional development
• Establish and nurture positive and inclusive relationships with participants
• Encourage engagement and lead meaningful group discussions
• Evaluate progress both individually and at the group level

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or closely related disciplines
• Preferred: Master's degree and coaching certification
• Minimum of five years' experience in youth group work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with Zoom and Google Suite technology
• Commitment of at least 10 hours weekly during peak weekend hours (for example, Friday noon to 7pm, Saturdays 8am to 11am, and Sundays 6am to 6:30pm PT)
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for online coaching
• This is a part-time independent contractor position (1099) with full remote flexibility, primarily requiring work evenings and weekends
