Job description
Role Overview
Yoga & Happiness invites passionate and committed Yoga Instructors to provide personalized Yoga at Home sessions in Kolkata. This field-based opportunity involves traveling to clients' residences to offer individual or small group yoga classes, promoting health and wellness through tailored practices.
Key Duties
- Deliver yoga sessions at clients' homes across Kolkata.
- Customize yoga instruction based on client age, health status, and goals ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Coach clients in asanas, pranayama, meditation, relaxation techniques, and fundamental lifestyle habits.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality consistently.
- Keep detailed records of attendance and session progress.
- Motivate clients to sustain their yoga routines and accomplish their objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of certified yoga qualification such as YCB, IYA, RYT, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent is preferred.
- Freshly certified yoga practitioners with recognized credentials are also welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching yoga and assisting others in their health journey.
- Readiness and ability to travel within Kolkata for sessions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or knowledge in therapeutic yoga practices is advantageous.
- Capability to teach beginners, elderly clients, and individuals with lifestyle ailments effectively.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Work Schedule
Flexible hours with session availability between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM, allowing instructors to accept classes according to their personal availability.
