Role Overview

The Workshop Main Facilitator is a full-time position based in Singapore, responsible for leading and implementing dynamic digital workshops with varied audiences, including children, youth, and seniors. The role involves facilitating sessions, preparing materials, coordinating between internal teams and clients, and overseeing volunteers or assistant facilitators. Managing classroom engagement, providing participant support, and gathering feedback to improve workshops are essential duties.

This position also requires occasional administrative activities such as scheduling, event reporting, and capturing photography during workshops.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred; fluent in English and either Chinese, Malay, Tamil, or other dialects.
• Proven experience with conducting workshops and facilitating group learning.
• Strong facilitation abilities to lead discussions, games, and interactive group exercises.
• Extroverted, lively personality to create an engaging and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
• Ability to calmly and respectfully manage groups with diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive environment.
• Available and willing to work on-site in Singapore, adaptable scheduling required.
• Patience and empathy are critical traits for this role.
• Advantageous: Experience working with seniors or children, public speaking skills, community involvement, and relevant diploma or degree qualifications.
