  • Oversee the entire company device lifecycle, including ordering, configuration, assignment, repairs, replacements, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets.
  • Ensure office connectivity stays stable and act as the liaison for internet and hardware providers.
  • Support the IT setup of new office spaces when needed.
  • Run training sessions on tools and security awareness, and create easy-to-follow employee guides and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a workplace IT function.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, identity and access management tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or similar platforms, and Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
  • A strong troubleshooting approach and the ability to solve common technical issues efficiently.
  • Good understanding of user access control, device management, and basic IT security principles.
  • Ability to organize and structure repeatable processes such as onboarding, access management, and inventory handling.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf is a plus.
  • Experience with password managers such as Dashlane or 1Password is advantageous.
  • Being based in Berlin and holding a valid work permit for Germany is required.

  • Hybrid working model with flexible hours and defined core hours.

  • Five weeks of paid vacation.
  • Deutschlandticket for nationwide public transport in Germany.
  • Lunch support of up to €7.67 per working day.
  • Free drinks and snacks at the office.
