Job description
Role overview
Maple Aviation is looking for a working student to support Revenue Operations & Automation in Hohenbrunn, Bavaria. In this position, you will work at the crossroads of sales, data, and internal tooling, helping keep the company’s commercial processes organized and efficient. You will be involved in the systems that support HR and operations, automation for outreach, and lead management, while gaining direct exposure to how an early-stage deep-tech startup expands its go-to-market engine. The role is based onsite and involves close collaboration with the CFO.
Key responsibilities
- Support the upkeep and further development of the internal operations platform, which is built on Lovable and Supabase, without requiring advanced coding knowledge.
- Create and manage automated workflows using n8n.
- Take charge of HubSpot automation activities, including sequences, pipeline setup and maintenance, and reporting.
- Assist with outbound prospecting by researching potential leads, preparing contact lists, and helping run sequencing activities.
- Organize, monitor, and structure data used in the sales pipeline and internal reporting.
- Spot process gaps or inefficiencies in the operations stack and suggest practical tooling improvements.
Additional information
This position is a Werkstudent role and is intended for a working student. The company has removed the traditional coding requirement by using accessible tools and workflow automation platforms, so a strong technical mindset and interest in operations tooling are more important than deep programming experience.
The original posting also included a prompt to apply via a mobile job platform, which has been omitted here.
