Role Overview
As a Working Student in Volume Hiring, you will maintain the momentum of our recruitment efforts, especially supporting the Customer Success & Training teams with the high-volume hiring process. Collaborating closely across teams, your tasks will include screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and establishing partnerships with universities to continuously bring in talented candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete volume hiring cycle for the Customer Experience teams, starting from job postings through to extending offers.
- Review applications and arrange interviews within a rapid, high-volume recruitment environment, targeting roles such as onboarding managers, trainers, and care experts.
- Develop and nurture collaborations with university career centers and student organizations.
- Participate in campus events and informational sessions to attract emerging talent.
Candidate Profile
- Enrolled in a university program, preferably related to the HR or recruiting field.
- Some prior experience or exposure to recruiting, human resources, or managing large-scale coordination tasks.
- A proactive approach with the ability to initiate action under ambiguous conditions and willingness to iterate openly.
- Self-driven individual who is adaptable to a dynamic, early-stage company atmosphere.
- Fluent in German at a C1 proficiency level.
