Role Overview

As a Working Student focusing on Social Media and Video Content, you will manage the entire video production process—from raw footage editing to published content—primarily for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. This position requires a proactive and high-performing individual who excels in delivering engaging content with precision and creativity while juggling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw videos, especially from the founder, into compelling reels and short clips tailored for social media channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Create captivating hooks, subtitles, captions, clear audio, and maintain pacing that retains viewer attention within the critical first three seconds.
• Generate original concepts, propose new content formats, identify emerging trends early, and actively shape the content strategy beyond mere brief execution.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule by managing the content calendar effectively.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance editing speed, content repurposing, and produce multiple versions, applying individual creative judgment.
• Monitor content performance metrics and integrate insights into future content planning.

Candidate Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter who consistently meets high personal standards without needing close supervision.
• Strong intuitive sense for video elements like pacing and attention-grabbing hooks that prompt viewers to stop scrolling.
• Proficient with video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent, able to produce polished edits rapidly.
• Innovative thinker who contributes personal ideas and keeps up with current trends on short-form social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without oversight lapses.
• Keen to quickly assume greater responsibilities and grow professionally.
• Curious about AI technologies and either experienced in integrating AI into workflows or eager to learn quickly.
• Fluent in German to create content for German-speaking audiences and possess good English communication skills for team collaboration.
