About the role
AUTO1 Group is hiring a System Analyst focused on Workday Absence & Time Tracking to support its Organisation and Development team within the People Department. The team works on improving the company by aligning strategy, structure, people, systems, metrics, and management processes. AUTO1 Group is a major digital automotive platform in Europe, known for brands such as Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de, and AUTO1.com.

Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules and keep them running effectively.
- Handle configuration updates, improvements, and issue resolution.
- Drive implementation work from requirements collection through to launch.
- Assist with the implementation and possible future ownership of Workday Scheduling.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and other business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver workable solutions.
- Maintain strong connectivity with related Workday modules and connected systems.
Profile and qualifications
- Solid practical experience with Workday Absence modules.
- Ability to diagnose and fix both configuration-related and functional problems.
- Experience with testing systems and managing releases.
- Exposure to global or multi-country environments and strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Clear understanding of how Absence and Time Tracking modules interact with other touchpoints and dependencies.
