Your Role – Your PassionAs a flexible Work & Travel Stations Support team member, you will travel to various roadsurfer stations across Germany to provide assistance where needed. During your assignments, you'll have the unique opportunity to experience the van life firsthand by living in one of our campervans. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the interior and exterior cleanliness of our campervans, creating memorable experiences for customers during pick-up and drop-off, and supporting the station team with daily tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also actively contribute to shaping your work environment, participate in new projects, and share your innovative ideas.
What You Should Bring to Surf the Wave With UsWe are looking for individuals who are flexible and eager to travel. You should be a reliable problem-solver who embraces new challenges and is open to meeting diverse roadsurfer teams across Europe. A hands-on attitude and a willingness to pitch in are essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a significant advantage. A valid Class B driver's license and a valid passport are also necessary.
Additional InformationThis position offers a gross annual salary range of EUR 30,500 to EUR 33,000. We are implementing salary bands to ensure fair compensation for all employees. Your specific salary will be determined based on your skills and experience during the interview process. Your salary will be reviewed at least annually during a feedback discussion.
