Work From Home Telecaller (Healthcare)

About the Role

Kabir Hospital Private Limited seeks a diligent and articulate Telecaller to work from home, managing various telecalling responsibilities to support healthcare operations. The position emphasizes professionalism, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks with a focus on enhancing patient communication and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and inform them about healthcare services.
• Promote health camps, vaccination drives, and ongoing health programs to patients.
• Conduct feedback calls relating to inpatient and outpatient departments.
• Follow up on prospective leads from diverse sources.
• Assist with recruitment calling and interview coordination as needed.
• Liaise with schools, hospitals, companies, and organizations to coordinate health camps and events.
• Maintain comprehensive call logs and update patient or lead status accordingly.
• Provide daily progress updates and collaborate with the team.
• Carry out other telecalling and coordination tasks as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi, with basic English communication seen as advantageous.
• Courteous, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
• Possession of a smartphone or laptop equipped with a reliable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and WhatsApp applications.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.

Compensation and Work Conditions

The remuneration ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 monthly plus incentives contingent on performance quality. The role offers flexible, part-time employment based completely on remote work without fixed hours. Payment correlates with the quality and punctuality of task completion rather than hours logged.
