- Extract information from Word and PDF files accurately and consolidate it into usable outputs.
- Work with different teams to provide precise, timely, and confidential document support.
- Apply document processes for assignments tied to legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Guide stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF usage and recommended document practices.
Required background and qualifications
- At least 3 years of intensive professional experience using Word and PDF tools.
- Strong command of document formatting, review workflows, markups, and tracked changes.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, along with very strong attention to detail.
- A Master’s, PhD, or JD in a relevant discipline such as law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance.
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or other highly regulated, complex environments.
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
