Role overview
Apex is a Singapore-based premium service focused on women’s health and fitness. The business centres on hormonal wellbeing, strength coaching, and tailored training for women at every stage of life, including postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond. The service is delivered in an outcall format, so specialists meet clients in their homes or other preferred settings. Because clients rely on the team during important phases of life, the service standard is intentionally very high.
This is a full-time position based in Singapore. Prior training or coaching experience is not necessary, as complete in-house training will be provided. The company is looking for someone with strong values, adaptability, and a genuine desire to grow within a demanding but rewarding environment.
Candidates with a background in Singapore Airlines cabin crew, luxury hotels, or other premium hospitality environments are especially encouraged to apply if they are ready to move into work with deeper personal meaning.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main Women’s Health Specialist for assigned clients and provide personalised training and health coaching at their location.
- Develop professional relationships with clients built on trust, attentiveness, and care.
- Consistently deliver the high service standard expected by Apex in every client interaction.
- Support client satisfaction, retention, and the overall client experience.
Candidate profile
- No prior background in fitness or training is required because full internal training will be provided.
- Experience in premium service settings such as cabin crew, luxury hospitality, or five-star hotels is highly valued.
- Should have strong personal character, warmth, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be ready to fully embrace the Apex culture and working style.
- Needs strong emotional intelligence and a naturally service-led approach.
- Should be genuinely interested in women’s health and motivated by the subject.
- Must present professionally and work with discretion.

Compensation
Basic pay will be provided during the probation period, which can last for up to 3 months. After confirmation, monthly pay is expected to range from SGD 6,000 to SGD 8,000.
