About the Role

Serco invites you to join a dynamic team within the Operational Support Centre (OSC), focused on enhancing workforce rostering and operational efficiency across multiple contracts in the Asia Pacific region. As a Roster Coordinator, your efforts will directly support seamless workforce allocation, ensuring teams are well-prepared and operations remain uninterrupted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing staff scheduling and roster updates for various locations.
  • Making timely and accurate amendments to rosters aligning with business requirements.
  • Covering shifts in case of vacancies and training the team on workforce management software.
  • Partnering with different stakeholders to spot trends and boost overall performance.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and other departments.
  • Handling inquiries related to workforce systems and providing central assistance.

Work Environment & Schedule

The position involves rotating shifts with hours varying between 7:00 AM and 10:36 PM, spanning all seven days each week, demanding flexibility and adaptability.
