Role Overview and Key Duties

• Conduct daily maintenance to keep the park clean, orderly, and well-presented.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of park amenities including restrooms, camp kitchens, and play areas.
• Perform general ground care tasks like landscaping, grass mowing, and rubbish collection.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance on accommodations and park facilities.
• Manage and maintain all park tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior groundskeeping experience is essential.
• Competence in building repair and ground maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring both safety and aesthetic standards.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping machinery and power tools safely.
• Excellent time management and flexibility to work on a seven-day rotating roster.
• Trade qualification is preferred.
• Experience in pool maintenance is considered advantageous.
• Possession of a current valid driver's license is mandatory.

Additional Information

Applicants must provide a Federal Police Clearance before employment offers are finalized.

This role involves physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 20 kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and using machinery.
