About the Role

Join Via's innovative microtransit service in West Palm Beach, transforming local transportation through a user-friendly app platform. As a Driver Partner, you will help residents travel efficiently and affordably around the city using advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Via Driver App to accept and complete trips.
• Deliver excellent customer service ensuring a positive rider experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and service standards set forth by Via and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in improving the community transportation system through your role.

Requirements

• Be a minimum of 25 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Have an active personal auto insurance policy.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record review.
• Complete a DOT pre-engagement drug test and participate in ongoing DOT drug and alcohol testing as required under FTA regulations.
• Additional requirements may be communicated during onboarding.

Additional Information

The $100 New Driver Promotion requires driving a minimum of 10 hours on the platform within 30 days of onboarding; breaks and offline time do not count towards this. Via reserves the right to alter or revoke this promotion at any time. This is a full-time onsite position based in West Palm Beach, FL.
