Your Role

As a Social Media Management Working Student, you will play an essential part in expanding and engaging our community. If you are deeply adept with platforms like TikTok and Instagram, enjoy creating dynamic content, love being in front of the camera, and excel at crafting memorable brand experiences, we want you on our team to elevate our community engagement to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and manage our Facebook groups to ensure a welcoming environment, answer questions, and keep discussions active.
• Regularly upload engaging content across our social media channels including Instagram and TikTok.
• Actively interact with our community via our Doonails profiles by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and managing direct messages.
• Support the development and execution of strategies to strengthen brand loyalty and participate in brand activation events such as pop-ups, trade shows, community gatherings, and photoshoots.
• Identify emerging social media trends within community spaces, particularly on TikTok, and assist in creatively implementing them.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to communication, marketing, or a comparable field.
• Fluent in German with confidence in front of the camera and enthusiasm for creating engaging stories and short video clips.
• Strong passion and understanding of social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with keen awareness of the latest trends.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to produce content while actively engaging with our community.
