Werkstudent (m/w/div.) REKO Service/ Circular Economy EMEA

Overview

This role involves supporting the rollout of the new circular economy strategy "CircularOne" within an international business division. It offers hands-on experience in sustainability projects related to reconditioning, logistics, and recycling. You will prepare for business meetings, develop presentations for client visits, and monitor return volumes with tailored reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing the circular economy strategy "CircularOne" across international markets.
• Actively support preparation for business appointments and create presentations for clients, partners, and subsidiaries.
• Monitor returned quantities and generate audience-specific reports and dashboards.
• Help optimize data and processes in circular economy contexts by preparing report data and contributing to digitization and process improvement initiatives at various locations.
• Participate practically in circular economy and sustainability endeavors, including loop systems with customers, gaining continual practical insight into reconditioning, logistics, and recycling.

Candidate Profile

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Some sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and keen interest in circular economy and REKO services.
• Analytical and structured working style with proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for cooperation with diverse teams, including sales, operations, IT, finance, and partners.
• Hands-on attitude, proactive and solution-oriented, ready to contribute conceptually and operationally.
• Team player flexible enough to engage in diverse tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in English complements the profile.
