Job description
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced wellsite leader who will oversee well testing operations and related field activities in Saudi Arabia. The role involves hands-on supervision of day-to-day site execution, close coordination with multiple teams, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory expectations.
Core Duties
- Direct and manage daily wellsite work, including well testing, drilling support, and workover tasks.
- Make sure all activities are carried out in line with HSE requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Work closely with rig personnel, service providers, and technical specialists to keep operations safe and efficient.
- Track well performance, test results, and live operational data as work progresses.
- Support the team with technical guidance and resolve issues that arise during field operations.
- Plan, execute, and document testing programs and other wellsite activities accurately.
- Prepare and maintain precise daily reports and operational records.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in well testing, drilling, or wellsite supervision.
- Solid working knowledge of well testing and drilling/workover environments.
- A current well control qualification such as IADC or IWCF.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in field operations.
- Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance processes used in the industry.
- Exposure to busy or multi-location operations settings is preferred.
