Job description
Role Overview
The Weekend Health Center Concierge supports resident care by organizing caregiving coverage with limited oversight so that service levels remain strong. This position can work across different care environments, including home care, and may arrange assessments, appointments, and any other support needed for residents. The role also includes tracking medical supply usage, keeping inventory up to date, and ensuring supplies are issued when required.
This role requires certification as a Washington State NAC/CNA.
Pay is $18.50 to $26 per hour, based on experience and shift differentials.
Schedule
This is a full-time weekend-focused schedule. The standard shift runs every Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with alternating Mondays and Fridays depending on the month.
- One month includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- The following month includes Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- Each scheduled day runs from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
What You Will Do
- Build and adjust daily and monthly staffing plans to match resident care requirements.
- Track staffing coverage, absences, and schedule updates, and prepare related reports.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and care-level changes as they affect scheduling and staffing.
- Handle communication with staff, residents, families, and vendors.
- Keep scheduling systems, medical records, logs, and resident information accurate and current.
- Oversee supply stock, equipment readiness, and ordering for medical and departmental needs.
Required Background
- Must hold a Washington State NAC/CNA certification.
- A Certified Nursing Assistant license is preferred.
- Previous experience in CNA or caregiving work is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and public relations abilities are important.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills are needed.
- Comfort using a PC and Microsoft Office tools is expected.
- Time management skills are required.
