About the Role

Join Danbren Media, a multi-brand wedding media company creating cinematic wedding films for clients across multiple states. This remote, work-from-home contract position invites talented video editors to craft beautiful wedding videos from provided raw footage.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce two versions per assigned wedding: a 3–5 minute cinematic highlight film that captures the emotional essence of the day through music-driven editing, and an extended documentary-style cut lasting up to 45 minutes showcasing the ceremony, toasts, first dances, and major events in chronological order.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in wedding film editing or similar event/documentary projects; portfolio submission required including highlight reel links.
• Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in pacing, selecting appropriate music, color grading, and audio mixing with emphasis on clean audio for ceremonies and toasts.
• Possession of a dependable home editing setup that can efficiently process 4K multicamera footage.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and accommodate one round of client revisions per project.

Compensation and Work Details

• Hourly pay rate of $27.
• Fully remote position allowing work from home.
• Raw footage delivered through Dropbox.
• Work schedule is project-based and fluctuates in line with wedding season demand.
