About the Role
VRM Structures India Private Limited seeks a creative and technology-oriented individual to design and develop websites, build simple applications, and create professional marketing materials including posters and social media creatives. Candidates are encouraged to leverage AI-powered tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and contemporary technologies to deliver high-quality results independently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop professional and responsive websites for companies.
- Create landing pages and business-related websites.
- Build simple applications, dashboards, forms, and internal web tools.
- Utilize AI-assisted or no-code/low-code development tools as suitable.
- Maintain and update existing websites.
- Design professional posters, social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Edit product photographs and graphical content for websites.
- Manage basic website domain settings, hosting, and deployment tasks.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on digital content requirements.
Skills and Tools
- Website development expertise including responsive design.
- Fundamentals of app and web application development.
- Experience with WordPress or equivalent platforms.
- Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools.
- Competence with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Understanding of poster and social media design principles.
- Basic UI/UX design knowledge.
- Fundamental hosting and domain management skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO practices.
Candidate Profile
- Creatively inclined and eager to acquire new technological skills.
- Independent worker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled at interpreting requirements into effective websites, apps, or designs.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Previous portfolio or samples of work are advantageous.
- Open to fresh graduates possessing practical skills and AI-tool experience.
AI Tools Usage
Candidates may employ AI and no-code tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, WordPress AI, Canva AI, among others, to develop websites, applications, and creative content. The key criterion is the ability to convert concepts into polished, professional deliverables.
