About the Role
Filan CPAs is seeking experienced Web Designers to join its team remotely. This opportunity requires 4 to 5 years of professional experience and involves handling creative content development for various digital platforms. Candidates will contribute to producing visually captivating materials aligned with industry themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce compelling industry-relevant visual content in photo, GIF, and video formats.
- Publish and manage posts across multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Promote content within social networks and track audience engagement metrics such as comments and shares.
- Conduct research on topics pertinent to the industry to inform content creation.
- Edit audio components and develop sound designs to complement projects.
- Develop original concepts and content tailored for both web and mobile interfaces.
- Design and animate motion graphics in 2D and 3D for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee daily operations of social media channels, customizing content to fit each platform’s unique audience.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in web design and content creation.
- Proficient in motion graphics and animation using 2D and 3D design software.
- Experience working with audio editing and sound design.
- Familiarity with managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their content dynamics.

Compensation
