Location Overview

The role is based at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas, located on Paradise Island in Nassau, New Providence. Opened in 1962, the resort sits along a five-mile stretch of natural white-sand beach and is known for its private, secluded setting, low-rise buildings, and extensive Versailles-inspired lawns and gardens. The property offers luxury accommodations, a spa, golf, tennis, water sports, and dining experiences in a highly regarded Caribbean resort environment.

Role Summary

The Water Plant Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily water plant operations and ensuring the property has a reliable supply of bottled water for guest and housekeeping needs. The position also involves maintaining records, monitoring stock and equipment, handling water quality checks, and keeping the work area clean, organized, and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out the tasks and assignments connected to the water plant on a daily basis.
  • Maintain enough bottled water stock so housekeeping can supply guest rooms without interruption.
  • Compare the bottles in use each day against the inventory at the water plant.
  • Prepare daily distribution reports showing the number of bottles delivered to each outlet, building, and area.
  • Complete a monthly inventory review to identify damaged or missing bottles and request replacements to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Ensure machines remain fully operational and promptly report any repair needs to the Engineering Office.
  • Perform daily water testing using the provided test kit and maintain accurate test records.
  • Track the use of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the assigned department.
  • Monitor bottle stock levels and maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
  • Prepare supporting documents for supply requests and maintenance services and send them for the required signatures or approvals.
  • Keep the water plant area clean, tidy, orderly, and sanitized every day.
  • Support colleagues as needed throughout the shift.

Eligibility
