Role Summary
The Watch Technician within the Retail department will be responsible for executing expert repair and maintenance services on watches and clocks. This role supports customer satisfaction and boosts after-sales revenue by meeting service benchmarks, providing detailed technical evaluations of timepieces, and maintaining thorough documentation and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled repair and maintenance tasks for watches and clocks.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure service standards are met.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with precision.
- Provide clients with technical assessments related to watch authenticity and repair feasibility.
- Manage all service-related technical documentation diligently.
- Meet or exceed departmental service performance targets.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational attainment equivalent to 10th standard or a recognized certification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a service technician specializing in watches.
- Comprehensive knowledge of watch brands, mechanics, and the industry.
- Competency in using MS Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
