As part of Casio Computer Co., Ltd., the organization is backed by a long-standing reputation in consumer electronics and business equipment, with a strong emphasis on innovation and digital expertise. Its product range spans timepieces, calculators, musical instruments, cameras, dictionaries, and other portable digital products used in everyday life. With around 11,000 employees worldwide and more than 100 million products shipped every year, Casio provides an environment shaped by creativity, contribution, and ongoing improvement.
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Singapore focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining Casio watches, covering both mechanical and digital models. The technician will troubleshoot faults, replace worn or damaged parts, calibrate timepieces, run functional tests, and carry out quality inspections so that each watch meets performance and appearance expectations.
Key Duties
- Assess timepieces to identify defects and determine the correct repair approach.
- Carry out disassembly, part replacement, calibration, testing, and final quality verification.
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep products in reliable working condition.

- Maintain tools, instruments, and workshop equipment in proper working order.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to provide timely and precise status updates.
- Follow company repair procedures, safety practices, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have strong hands-on repair ability, especially with equipment maintenance or precision devices such as watches. The role calls for solid troubleshooting skills, a careful approach to small components, good manual dexterity, and the patience to work under magnification. Clear communication, customer-focused thinking, basic computer use, and familiarity with service records are also important. Training or certification in watchmaking, electronics, or mechanical repair is helpful, and experience in a watch service environment is an added advantage. Candidates must be able to work independently or with a team while following standardized procedures and maintaining ethical, safety, and quality standards.
