About the role

As a Wash Bay Attendant in Landmark, Manitoba, you will help keep transportation equipment clean, disinfected, and fit for safe operation. This is a hands-on position in a safety-focused setting where accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic are important.

The role is full-time and scheduled for 40 hours per week. The starting wage is $19.00 per hour.

Key duties

You will support daily wash bay operations by cleaning and sanitizing trucks and trailers, along with completing related physical and housekeeping tasks. The work involves regular walking, bending, lifting up to 25 kg, pushing, and pulling.

  • Clean and disinfect trucks and trailers on a daily basis
  • Scrape out and wash trailer interiors
  • Operate lift deck trailers safely
  • Remove chase boards, shovels, and scrapers from trailers
  • Wash the walls of the wash bay
  • Carry out general cleaning in the yard and building areas
  • Follow company biosecurity rules and operational procedures at all times

What you need

  • Grade 10 education or an equivalent level of schooling
  • Strong focus on cleanliness, service quality, and safe work practices
  • Ability to work on your own and also contribute well in a team environment
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Comfort managing several tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Alignment with the company’s leadership values and code of conduct
