Overview
Join Siemens Energy as a Warranty Project Manager responsible for overseeing the warranty activities at a Combined Cycle Power Plant in the Riyadh Region, KSA. This role involves managing onsite warranty operations and serving as the primary point of contact to ensure all warranty claims and activities are handled efficiently, emphasizing safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison for all warranty-related matters onsite.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve defects and warranty claims diligently.
- Organize outage schedules and prepare resources, tools, and documentation for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong communication channels and relationships with customer representatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards during warranty interventions.
- Deliver timely reports and updates on warranty progress and status.
- Manage the entire warranty phase lifecycle from handover to closure, ensuring well-structured transition of issues, lessons learned, risk management, and records into the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) or ongoing service teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.
- Extensive experience working with Combined Cycle Power Plants and large gas turbine frames.
- Proven track record in warranty management and outage roles onsite.
- Capability to operate independently in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- Strong skills in customer engagement and managing diverse stakeholders.
- High dedication to safety practices and EHS excellence.
- Foundational commercial and contract understanding, including warranty limits, LTSA scope, risk management, and escalation procedures.
