About the Role
Empire Homes is looking for a Warranty Administrator to be the main contact for homeowners after closing. The key responsibilities include managing Tarion warranty form processing and coordinating schedules for technicians and tradespeople handling warranty repairs. This role is based in the Niagara Region, Ontario, and is a replacement hire.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is approximately 50000 to 60000 CAD. Additionally, the role is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive program. Salary is determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market/business factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, log, and relay new home purchasers’ warranty inquiries to relevant trades and departments to ensure prompt response.
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling of warranty service activities with customers, construction teams, and warranty service partners.
- Escalate issues to management and organize follow-up meetings when necessary.
- Complete work orders using the NewStar program.
Requirements and Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Experience in the homebuilding sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the Tarion warranty process is preferred.
