Role Overview

We seek an experienced Warehousing and Fulfillment Manager dedicated to leading and enhancing fulfillment operations across Europe. This position entails full ownership of warehousing and delivery processes, focusing on boosting distribution and last-mile network efficiency. The role demands maintaining exceptional standards in cost-effectiveness, service quality, and compliance with applicable regulations. Collaborations with carriers, third-party logistics providers, and various internal teams are key to sustaining growth and delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute logistics and fulfillment strategies on a Europe-wide scale, optimizing distribution pathways, fulfillment practices, and last-mile delivery approaches.
• Oversee partnerships with parcel carriers and 3PL vendors, managing vendor lifecycle from selection to offboarding while ensuring high performance standards.
• Detect and address unusual cost contributors, driving continuous automation and efficiency improvements alongside relevant stakeholders.
• Guarantee that all regional fulfillment operations adhere strictly to EU customs and transportation regulations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working within Europe, ideally in multinational or expanding international companies.
• In-depth knowledge of European supplier networks and robust operations expertise in warehousing and transportation.
• Familiarity with dangerous goods regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in English as the primary working language; additional European languages considered advantageous.
