Warehouse Receiving/Shipping

About the Role

HYVE Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Receiving/Shipping team member to support core warehouse activities in a fast-moving operations setting. The role is centered on keeping inventory accurate, ensuring shipments and receipts are handled correctly, and maintaining an organized, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle tasks such as material preparation, inbound receiving, outbound shipping, cycle counting, and resolving inventory mismatches to help maintain accurate stock records.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations through a range of assigned duties.
• Care for and use company-issued equipment responsibly.
• Complete other reasonable tasks assigned by the management team.
• Keep the work area clean, orderly, and aligned with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Be available to work rotating or assigned shifts, as shift work is required.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• You should be physically fit and in good health.
• Comfort with working in a quality-controlled environment is important.
• You must be able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• You need strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic health and safety practices in a warehouse environment is required.
• You should be able to operate hand scanners.
• Experience using RF scanners or PDAs is expected.
• The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage.
• English must be your working language.
