Role overview

Join a busy warehouse team where each shift brings a different pace and task mix. In this position, you will help keep daily operations moving by receiving instructions through a headset, selecting stock accurately, checking documents, and working safely in a fast-moving environment.

Core duties

• Pick items with accuracy and maintain the required pace to achieve picking goals.
• Carefully follow instructions and verify paperwork to ensure details are correct.
• Use Mechanical Handling Equipment safely and effectively; full training will be provided.
• Work across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer areas as needed.

Skills and experience needed

• Comfortable with physically demanding work in a quick-moving setting.
• Dependable, adaptable, and positive in approach.
• Strong focus on detail, particularly when selecting stock.
