Job description
Role Overview
Take charge of warehouse operations across Kerala, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, dispatching, optimal use of warehouse space, monitoring daily workflows, implementing warehouse standard operating procedures, managing inventory and stock levels, conducting inventory audits, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold any undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, and have over 10 years of experience in warehouse operations. Prior experience with prominent retail or hypermarket chains is strongly preferred. The role requires strong communication abilities and effective people management skills. Proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software is essential.
