Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and warehouse procedures to uncover operational inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Assist in gathering, validating, and reporting data such as inventory accuracy, lead times, and order fulfillment metrics.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, workflows, and work instructions to ensure process consistency.
• Support inventory audits, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Monitor and report on data from Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects employing structured methodologies.
• Conduct time studies and assess operational performance to optimize workflows.
• Evaluate warehouse layout and storage utilization to increase efficiency.
• Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and summarize performance indicators.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred educational background in Industrial Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, or relevant diplomas.
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a working understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Knowledge or exposure to process improvement methodologies, including Lean principles, is beneficial.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
