Warehouse & Logistic Officer

Role overview

This role is centered on managing warehouse and logistics activity from end to end. You will handle inbound and return shipments, confirm stock positions, inspect returned devices, and coordinate closely with logistics partners to ensure daily operations run smoothly and targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Track incoming and return shipments every day.
• Inspect returned items, identify defects, and flag any missing or damaged goods.
• Move stock into the correct storage locations and update item status accordingly.
• Pick, pack, and verify orders before dispatch.
• Hand over shipments to couriers or logistics providers.
• Record all warehouse activities in the warehouse management system.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Carry out stock checks, inventory control, and location audits.
• Support all operational tasks related to warehouse activities.
• Work safely and follow all health, safety, and environmental rules to protect yourself and others.
• Use warehouse management systems for all required transactions.

Requirements

• A diploma is required, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in smart devices repair.
• Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software is necessary.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, independently, with a strong customer focus, a results-driven mindset, and a disciplined approach.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with minimal supervision is important.
• You must be willing to take on challenges, handle multiple tasks, plan effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Malay are required.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are expected, with an emphasis on delivering outcomes.
• You should be able to follow operational procedures and help prepare strategic plans to maintain warehouse standards.

Work style and operating expectations

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role. The job requires end-to-end oversight of warehouse and logistics operations in collaboration with external logistics vendors.
