We are currently seeking a Warehouse Despatcher to join our Night Shift team. This role is crucial for ensuring that warehouse systems, procedures, and people management practices effectively adapt to the evolving demands of the warehouse environment, thereby delivering cost-effective and satisfactory services.

Job Details

  • Location: Wiri
  • Shift: PM Shift, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility for weekend work
  • Team: Part of a 12-member PM Shift team
  • Position Type: Permanent Full Time
  • Selection Process: Includes a Formal Interview, Online Assessment, Background Checks, and Pre-Employment Medical Checks.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in operating SAP or a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Demonstrated experience in despatch operations.
  • Assist the Shift Manager in engaging the team with warehousing and raw material activities.
  • Support the execution of daily operational plans to maximize resource utilization.
  • Enhance service levels across different shifts by collaborating with other Despatchers.
  • Implement initiatives to meet the Distribution Centre's budget targets.
