Role overview

In this position, you will act as the main contact for customers, help manage their orders, and work closely with warehouse teams to make sure shipments are handled accurately and on time. The role suits someone who is analytical, service-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do

  • Serve as a key contact for customers and help maintain service levels and KPIs through responsive, high-quality support.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, warehouse operations, carrier brokers, and other offices or facilities.
  • Respond to customer queries, share information about services and products, and process orders.
  • Create orders and manage customer accounts in SAP/WMS.
  • Handle backorders and returns.
  • Work with warehouse teams to keep daily operations on track.
  • For receiving, verify and process documentation accurately and efficiently while following QA and legal responsibility requirements.
  • For order processing, ensure orders are completed correctly, promptly, and according to client-specific instructions.
  • For shipping, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders so all shipping documents are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Manage complaints and return cases.
  • Carry out authorized inventory adjustments to protect inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to inventory movement in and out of the facility, following client rules and deadlines.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and reporting.
  • Record, investigate, and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep communication prompt, clear, and professional for both internal and external customers.
  • Log shipping errors carefully and accurately in the required records.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the company.
  • Follow standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Comply with warehouse health and safety guidelines.

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL, or healthcare, or 2 to 3 years in a customer service-related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid presentation ability.
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in computer use, with working knowledge of WMS or SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with order entry systems and warehouse management systems.

This is a permanent, full-time onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore.
