Role Overview

This position is for a careful and dependable logistics professional to support warehouse activities in a Life Sciences and Healthcare setting. The role covers coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, preparation of operational paperwork, and day-to-day administrative support to keep warehouse processes running smoothly.

You will work alongside the Operations Team and Manager to satisfy customer needs while maintaining strong standards for service, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep complete and accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Process and coordinate outgoing orders through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, delivery orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.
  • Provide support for routine warehouse administration.
  • Help with physical warehouse tasks whenever needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe workplace in line with HSSE procedures.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for customers.
  • Ensure administrative and operational tasks are completed smoothly to meet service expectations.
  • Carry out daily operational and administrative work accurately to reduce errors.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to strengthen operational performance.
  • Work well with internal team members and external stakeholders.
  • Promote ownership, safety, and high performance across the team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education is required; a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Prior warehouse exposure in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is expected.
  • Strong organization and data entry skills with careful attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and coordination abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.

Additional Information

This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time, onsite position. Work may include different shift patterns, depending on business needs, and could require weekend or public holiday coverage.
