Job Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials, ensuring proper storage.
• Pick and pack items accurately to prepare them for shipment or delivery.
• Carry out stock counts and reconcile inventory records regularly.
• Maintain and update warehouse documentation and inventory databases.
• Assist with loading and unloading of shipments as necessary.
• Ensure all warehouse items are correctly labelled, stored, and the area is kept orderly.
• Liaise with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Participate in annual stock takes and inventory audit processes.
• Adhere to workplace safety standards and help maintain a clean warehouse environment.

Candidate Requirements

• At least a Secondary School or N-Level qualification.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials safely.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and email management.
• Responsible, well-organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
