Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join Bacha Coffee in Singapore to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to proper handling procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Verify and receive incoming shipments accurately upon arrival at warehouse storage locations.
• Handle administrative duties related to warehousing such as documenting, organizing, and securely storing products.
• Conduct periodic stocktakes to maintain precise inventory counts.
• Manage inventory control by taking stock and ensuring products comply with safety and storage guidelines.
• Ensure correct and safe packing and handling of goods as per required standards.
• Prepare, dispatch, and oversee loading of goods for both domestic and international shipments.
• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks within the warehouse.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities necessary for effective warehouse operations.
• Be prepared for prolonged periods of standing on the job.
