Warehouse Assistant 1

Role overview

IFF is a worldwide company focused on flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health and biosciences. The organization develops sustainable ideas that improve everyday products. This position is an on-site warehouse role based in Chin Bee, Singapore.

You will join a collaborative, practical team environment where the focus is on delivering results safely and efficiently while contributing to meaningful operational work.

What you will do

• Carry out warehouse duties in line with safety requirements and company operating procedures.
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods support tasks.
• Check items against delivery orders, picking lists, and other supporting documents.
• Help move materials, including tank refilling, put-away work, loading, and unloading.
• Perform routine warehouse activities such as sampling, inspection, picking, and labelling.
• Record transactions correctly in SAP.
• Apply safe working methods and comply with safety guidance at all times.
• Keep the workplace clean and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

What you should bring

• Minimum SPM or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
• Comfort working in odorous environments and handling heavy loads.
• Basic knowledge of chemical hazard labels.
• Strong enough written and spoken English communication skills for day-to-day work.

Preferred strengths

• Works well in a team and is open-minded.
• Exposure to WMS, GMP, and HACCP practices.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
