Key contribution areas
- Support the full order-to-cash process from start to finish.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle order processing accurately while keeping delivery commitments on track.
- Serve as a communication channel between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Help raise operational efficiency through clear, proactive coordination.
What you should bring
- Prior experience in customer service, order management, or order-to-cash operations.
- Practical exposure to SAP, with SD/MM knowledge preferred.
- Good command of Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills along with stakeholder handling ability.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
