IFF is looking for a customer service professional to support its Global Business Services team in Sricity, India, with the position based in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This position is centered on order-to-cash operations and on building a smooth link between customers and internal teams. The goal is to improve customer experience, maintain accurate order handling, and support efficient, compliant service delivery across the business.

Key contribution areas

  • Support the full order-to-cash process from start to finish.
  • Strengthen customer satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues effectively.
  • Handle order processing accurately while keeping delivery commitments on track.
  • Serve as a communication channel between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Help raise operational efficiency through clear, proactive coordination.

What you should bring

  • Prior experience in customer service, order management, or order-to-cash operations.
  • Practical exposure to SAP, with SD/MM knowledge preferred.
  • Good command of Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills along with stakeholder handling ability.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
