Position Overview
As a Warehouse and Transport Employee, your responsibilities will include handling shoring and steel construction materials, encompassing storage, retrieval, and transportation tasks. You will be tasked with loading and unloading trucks while adhering to load securing protocols, accurately picking materials per delivery notes with final quality checks, and operating a front forklift truck. Maintaining and organizing the storage facility to ensure efficiency is also a critical duty.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in storage, handling, and transport of construction materials
- Preferably previous exposure to the construction industry
- Forklift operator licence is beneficial but not mandatory
- Dependable and possess a strong sense of teamwork
- Holding a Class B driving licence is advantageous
